HTE100 ETU Tester
HTE 100 intelligent controller handheld tester (hereinafter referred to as HTE 100) is applied
to protection testing of ST series intelligent controller(hereinafter referred to as ETU).
HTE 100 can be used when ETU within or without breaker which correspondingly called
on-line testing and off-line testing
